01. Site Inspection & Feasibility
Technology implementation is as important as the technology being implemented, so a carefully thought out process that includes set protocols and training allows for robust data integrity that shall in turn result in great analytics. Our implementation Specialist shall arrive at your site and record data such as internet speed, number of users, allowing user roles, doctor details, branch names, appointment timings, slot times, screen availability, admin role & super admin role allotment, etc. and understand the feasibility/requirements for smooth implementation and report the same to the client.
02. Staff Training
Post recording of the on-site data and ensuring all the parameters required for implementation are checked the staff shall be trained with set protocols that are best practices in the industry. The staff roles are assigned and they are trained for the particular role to ensure a high level of data integrity
03. Deploy Initial Test Instance
A test phase of an initial period of 3 to 5 days is run to fix errors and bugs if and when it arises so that once the new technology is launched there are no contingencies that arise. The objective is that the whole transition process is smooth and convenient for both the patients and doctors
04. Install - Execute - Train
The final phase is for the launch of the APP and console and monitoring the same for 1 week.
